In walking pad mode, the frame sits flat and the belt runs between 1.0 and 6.0 km/h. That speed range works well for relaxed, steady walking.
Want to pick up the pace? Lift the frame and the TM10 turns into a treadmill. The speed range reaches 12 km/h, which gives you room for brisk walks, light jogs, and steady runs whenever you fancy a proper workout.
