Its curved running deck is made from flexible wooden slats that respond directly to your stride. The slight incline supports a natural posture and encourages deeper muscle engagement. The wooden slats also help spread out impact evenly, which feels kinder on your joints and knees, especially over longer sessions. And with no motor to manage or settings to adjust, it's just you setting the rhythm.
