CABLE RATIO THAT ADAPTS
The doubling cable cleverly switches from a 4:1 to a 2:1 ratio when connected to the press arms—offering either lighter, rehab-friendly resistance or heavier power moves.

Great bit of kit. Very sturdy, all actions smooth. Using it 4-5 times a week, love it. Assembly was pretty straight forward, took about 6-8 hours from unpacking to finish. Read the instructions first to get an idea, lay all the bits out including all the bolts etc which are all clearly marked. Only thing, every now and then you’d be looking for a bolt only to find it’s already on the bodywork of the gym. Also when putting the ‘fly’ arms on make sure you have the cable in the right place, it’s a git to undo bits and put right if you got it wrong (person experience).
After a month of owning decided I did need the leg press. Again great kit and easy to add on the the main frame.

BodyCraft GXP Multigym
With Covid19 having a installation service wasn’t a option. So I bit the bullet and ordered. Delivery within a week. 5 ???? s. Daunting to say the least. I’m no technician so this was going to be a challenge. I took my time and followed the step by step instructions. 12hrs later I had a bit of kit that matches up with any machine I’ve used in many commercial gyms. I went for the leg press as well which again was easy enough to assemble. 2 weeks in, I wished I invested in one years ago.

The GXP home multigym
Just had delivered and installed, the Gxp home gym. Absolutely unbelievable system with quality matching a commercial unit. This system does absolutely everything and I mean everything - far beyond what is written in the description. You will not even need dumbells. If you are looking for a rock solid multi gym which can cover every piece of equipment in your local gym then this is it.
