With the better weather starting, heading for summer, outdoor exercise is gaining popularity. After months of being stuck in our houses, we are more willing than ever to take our training sessions outside.

At the moment in England, Wales and Scotland organised outdoor activity can take place for up to 30 people, so it’s also an excellent opportunity to spend time with friends, family and meet new people.*

To get started with outdoor training the only piece of equipment you’ll truly need is… determination!
